Try our marigold flower petals as an infusion for a herbal tea with a slightly tangy taste and musky aroma. Simply use one teaspoon of petals per 240 ml of boiling water and let infuse for 3 to 5 minutes.

This plant is full of antioxidants and is said to have anti-inflammatory and antifungal effects. Traditionally, it is used to soothe digestive disorders and relieve menstrual pain.

Caution: not recommended for pregnant women and people taking sedative medication.
