Sapin Baumier
The balsam fir is a species of conifer known for its strong smell. First Nations have used it in all its forms for a long time. They consumed the inner bark, but also the young shoots as an infusion.
Traditionally, in Quebec, this infusion was prepared to open the airways with its intense flavour. Perfect for decongestion in times of bad colds or to relieve coughs.
Discover a fresh, woody taste in this highly aromatic blend of boreal herbs. Enjoy it with a little maple syrup. A northern forest getaway in every cup!
