Lapsang Souchong
This high quality smoked black tea originates from Fujian in southeast China. Known for its highly distinctive flavour, its generous taste offers woody and earthy notes. Pine needles are used to smoke it naturally, giving this infusion a comforting touch. This dark caramel-coloured tea can also be used in cooking.
Ingredients: Organic black tea from Fujian, China.
Directions for use per cup (250 ml): 1 teaspoon, temperature 98 degrees Celsius, 4 to 5 minutes.
