Refreshing, Creamy and Nutrient-Rich Smoothie Bowl
This peach smoothie bowl with baobab powder is a refreshing and nourishing way to start your day. Made with frozen fruits, creamy yogurt, and plant-based ingredients, it’s naturally sweet, rich in nutrients, and perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack.
Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 1 ½ cups frozen bananas
- 1 ½ cups frozen peaches
- 1 cup Greek yogurt or vegan yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or more as needed)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp baobab powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk if needed to help the blender.
- Pour into bowls.
- Top with sliced peaches and granola.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
