To prepare the bissap, simply infuse the hibiscus flowers with water and sugar and cool. Simply 2 or 3 teaspoons of dried flowers for 1 litre of water. You can brew for 10 minutes in boiling water or cold water overnight. Of course, this beverage can also be enjoyed hot.
This plant is full of antioxidants and is said to have anti-inflammatory and antifungal effects.
