Only the buds are kept when picking this light white tea. These are then naturally dried in the traditional way, resulting in a delicate floral infusion that is long in the mouth. It is a tea considered precious since the picking, entirely by hand, is done only two days a year. The colour is rather pale and its scent is fresh. A perfect silky beverage at any time of the day.
Ingredients: Yin Zhen white tea with organic Jasmine, China.
Directions for use per cup (250 ml): 1-1.5 teaspoon, temperature 85 degrees Celsius, 3-5 minutes.
