Hojicha
A roasted green tea with aromas similar to those of coffee. Its liquor has a crystalline brick-red hue and its roasted cereal taste is quite delicate.
Hojicha tea is greatly appreciated in Japan for its unique slightly sweet flavour. It is usually served with sushi or at the end of the meal. Enjoy hot or on ice.
Ingredients: Organic Hojicha green tea from China.
Directions for use per cup (250 ml): 1-1.5 teaspoon, temperature 82 degrees Celsius, 2-3 minutes.
