Bai Mu Dan

This white tea from the Fujian region of China is rare because it is harvested only a few weeks a year. During the harvest, only the bud and the first two shoots are kept. Discover a delicate blend of fresh, floral and fruity notes in this infusion of great finesse. It has a slightly sweet perfume reminiscent of peony, from which comes its name meaning "white peony" in Chinese. A tea with long white leaves and a pale green liquor with a golden hue. A must try!
