Produced exclusively on a single farm, every step from organic cultivation to final processing is carefully overseen to ensure exceptional quality and purity.
Crafted from the finest first-flush tea leaves, this matcha reveals a deep, vibrant green color and a naturally smooth character. The leaves, primarily from the renowned Saemidori and Samidori cultivars, are shaded for over 20 days using a specialized cultivation method, enhancing their richness and depth of flavor.
Expertly blended for a perfect harmony of taste, aroma, and color, the leaves are then finely ground to an ultra-smooth texture of approximately 9 microns, resulting in the Farm No. 1 ceremonial matcha.
