Wuyi Oolong

A tea grown in the Wuyi Mountains, a region of China famous for its extraordinary oolong teas. The high concentration of minerals in the soil where it grows gives it a unique flavour.
Oxidized between 60% and 80%, it is a tea with less bitterness than a black tea. Its liquor is of a lively hue and its taste is a marriage between the earthy notes of hazelnut and chestnut. A slightly peppery finish elegantly concludes the whole.
Ingredients: Organic oolong tea from the Wuyi Mountains, China.
